That’s a Wrap on the 2026 Visit Haines Photo Contest!
What a summer of Haines in Motion!
Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2026 Visit Haines Photo Contest. Nearly 90 participants submitted more than 400 photos throughout the summer, sharing adventures, celebrations, quiet moments, and everyday experiences from around Haines and the Chilkat Valley.
For 12 weeks, we celebrated photos that showed Haines in motion—from mountain trails and days on the water to community events, family adventures, wildlife, local traditions, and everything in between.
Take a look through our 2026 weekly winners below and enjoy Haines through the eyes of the people who experienced it.
